The IFAB has confirmed the agenda for its 140th Annual General Meeting (AGM), which will take place on 28 February 2026 at 09:30 GMT in Hensol, Wales, and will be chaired by Mike Jones, President of the Football Association of Wales.

Members will consider items arising from the recent Annual Business Meeting (ABM) of The IFAB, with particular focus on progress towards further measures to reduce tempo disruption and time lost in matches, as well as proposals for a small number of rare incidents to become reviewable by video assistant referees (VAR).

The AGM will also address other key areas, including updates on participant behaviour, developments in technology, as well as administrative and business matters.
